General information: Enjoy our deliciously juicy hamburger patties each 200g calibre, made from 100% pure beef. This product deserves the name premium burger and is characterized by a natural and pure meat taste. The product is only salted but without artificial additives, colourings and preservatives.

Type of product: Individual unit of 200 grs each. - packed in flowpack whole piece - deep-frozen in liquid nitrogen - store at -10ºc - once defrosted consume in 2-3 days.

Directions for use: Defrost previously 4-5 hours. Mark on both sides over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes letting the meat temper inside, repeat the process several times. It is recommended to consume it rare. You can see tips, recipes and more on our youtube channel.
