General information: The heart of our oxen is big and smooth. Cut in a suitable way it has a soft texture and deep and sincere flavor. It is as if through this cut we can understand the nobility and contained strength of this animal.
Type of product: Pieces of 1,800 grs approx. - vacuum packed - deep-frozen in liquid nitrogen - store at -10ºc - once thawed consume in 2-3 days.
Directions for use: Thaw 24/48 hours in refrigerator. Remove from the vacuum bag 2-3 hours before your roast. Clean the ox heart removing very well the inner and outer curtain, once we have clean meat, cut thin slices heat a pan over high heat and pour olive oil, add the heart, salt it slightly and turn it around, accompany sauce to taste and potatoes.
